Para ello aplicaremos el entrenamiento en superseries que consiste en alternar dos series de ejercicios: una de bíceps y otra de tríceps con un pequeño descanso entre ambas. Las superseries pueden ser de dos tipos:
Agonistas: cuando las dos series son del mismo grupo muscular
Antagonistas: cuando las dos series son de grupos musculares antagonistas como en este caso
El tiempo de descanso entre los dos ejercicios es el que tardemos de cambiar de un ejercicio al otro y el descanso final entre series entre 1 y 2 minutos. Al ser dos grupos pequeños y antagonistas, con este descanso en principio sería suficiente.
Training biceps and triceps in a session is possible and dedicating a reasonable time. The biceps and triceps muscles are small muscle groups so they can be trained in the same session without problem.
For this we will apply the training in supersets that consists of alternating two sets of exercises: one for the biceps and the other for the triceps with a short rest between them. Supersets can be of two types:

The rest time between the two exercises is the one that we take to change from one exercise to the other and the final rest between series between 1 and 2 minutes. Being two small groups and antagonists, with this break in principle would be enough.
